It works great! I set it on pressure 6 - i'm sure you might have to play with this depending on your machine, and you have to bend the folder as it comes out the bottom of the pasta machine to give it a curve, but hey, if you don't have one of the other machines, this is an option. Now i'm going to try it with making my own embossing folders with the technique you showed above and see what happens. I don't know why it wouldn't work!
