I finally got to use my Cricut Lite Carousel Cartridge.  I made a red and white Big Top cut out of vinyl for a circus themed display at work.  I had the blade depth on 6, pressure 2 and speed max.  I cut the base out in white, then the top layer out in red.  I used clear contact paper from Wal-Mart as transfer tape.  I picked up the red layer and attached it to contact paper.  Eyeballed the placement and attached it the white layer and the peeled off the contact paper.  It turned out great! I love vinyl!!

I live in Wisconsin, not that far away so I talked my friend into going.  We are finally off overtime at work and because so many people have been hired, I am getting Saturdays and Sundays off after 5 YEARS!!!  I have not been able to attend events like this in the past so I am so excited.  I am going to be taking my Flip video camera and will take as much video as I can.  They also have a bunch of workshops that you can go to.  We decided to go to the Sizzix scoreboard workshop.  If anyone is wanting to make the pink stamper.  She is having a class as well.

Since we are only going for one day, I decided to only take one workshop so I can spend time walking around all the exhibits and seeing the new products.  I am so excited!!!

The cricut lites cartridges are so cute.  They come with a tri-fold mini handbook.  I have not seen them around so I thought that I would share what they look like.  They are different then what we are use to.  I like the change.  I only have time to post the Chore Chart right now.  When I have time, I will try and post the other cartridges that I have.  You can click on each one for a larger preview.  These are large images and will take time to load.  Sorry.

YES!!!!  The new cricut lite cartridges were added to design studio. It shows Pagoda Passion at the bottom.  That is an older cartridge that has been out a while.  It did add it again to the DS but as far as I could tell both of them are the same.  All of these cricut lite cartridges are so cute.  My favorite right now is Splish Splash and Sugar and Spice.
